Delicate aromas of white peach, grapefruit zest and ripe citrus are complemented by fresh herbs, apple blossom and saline minerality. The palate is textured and generous, with subtle lees complexity, vibrant acidity and flavours of crisp orchard fruit and citrus, finishing long, pure and mineral. Perfect with fresh seafood, herb roasted chicken, fresh pasta, parmesan and asparagus risotto, or wild mushroom and goat’s cheese tart.
